Duties :
• Promote safety culture and sustainability within the project and activities. Lead by example to ensure team members and colleagues adhere and contribute.
• Seek optimization and cost savings throughout project phases without compromising QHSE objectives.
• Foster an innovative and engaging environment to develop solutions and support decision-making.
• Promote lean and agile leadership, actively participate in engagement, meetings, and decision processes.
• Lead planning, risk management, and progress controls for all projects.
• Develop and implement Planning & Progress Measurement procedures based on company guidelines.
• Prepare and update the Project Master Plan & Schedule for projects.
• Consolidate planning and progress information for all projects.
• Review planning documents (procedures, etc.) submitted by contractors.
• Collaborate with architects and Project Managers to address potential planning delays and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare project planning documents and presentations for internal and external meetings.
• Manage risks associated with each project's planning, implement agreed mitigation actions, and update the project's risk register.
• Coordinate with the Affiliate planning team for overall planning consolidation and participate in monthly meetings.
• Manage the planning team during project execution.
• Lead reporting activities for projects, including close-out reports and lessons learned.
• Be accountable for planned POB (Personnel On Board) related to project activities on-site.
• Monitor contractors' claimed progress and consolidate project S-curve.
• Perform critical path analysis and provide corresponding reports.
• Support the PCM (Project Control Manager) in all project control activities as required.
Profile:
• Strong project management and planning skills, with a minimum of 15 years' experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of relevant industry and best practice in project planning and management.
