Role Overview:
As a Construction Supervisor, you will be pivotal in managing construction activities and tasks for complex EPC projects. This role focuses on the development of production plants and buildings in future-oriented industries such as semiconductor, photovoltaic, and battery sectors.

Missions:
• Construction Management : Oversee high-tech industrial project construction, ensuring optimal quality and adherence to procedures.
• Site Coordination: Manage construction works and subcontractors, maintaining efficient work processes on-site.
• Progress Monitoring : Coordinate and review construction progress, ensuring milestones are met.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all activities are compliant with EHS regulations.
• Measurement Verification : Conduct on-site measurements verification and approval.
• Team Collaboration : Participate in daily coordination, toolbox meetings, site inspections, and acceptance tests.
• Defect Management : Record and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.

Profile:
• Educational Background : Relevant degree in construction, preferably specializing in process systems.
• Professional Experience: Demonstrable experience in supervising construction of investment projects.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Good understanding of building codes, laws, and local regulations.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
• Travel: Willingness and ability to travel extensively and stay on-site as required.
• Work Ethic: Independent, service-oriented, with strong communication abilities.
• Language Skills : Proficiency in German and English (C1/C2 level) for effective communication with diverse teams and authorities.
