OUTAGE MANAGEMENT : Responsible for preparation, planning, leading execution, and close out of complex planned/emergent Outage events with large team PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT : Organize to ensure sure goods and services are produced safely, cost-effectively and on time and that they meet the required quality standards. ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT: Company due diligence, Develop, draft contractual documents and ensure all documentation is approved and executed at the appropriate level. Act as liaison with internal and external advisors and counsel on contractual matters. Support internal stakeholders by advising on and interpreting contract requirements, obligations, risks, expiries, renewals. Suuply Chain Parts and Tools EPC SITE MANAGEMENT : Oversee commercial and utility-scale power plant projects through development, construction, commissioning and turnover to Operations. Conduct due diligence on potential project acquisitions, define EPC scopes of work for projects nearing construction, and plan and track progress on active construction projects PLANT OPERATION & MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT: Maintain all plant facility within required timeframe and monitor all unit outages and manage all communication for projects. Manage and ensure achievement of all power plant operation objectives. Provide training to all team members to achieve same and collect all data for all plant operations. Leads the Operations staff and manages all aspects of operations of a power plant to ensure safe, environmentally compliant and efficient operations of the plant. METHODS AND ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT : Draw up a general engineering schedule as stipulated by the contract to be revised by the Project. Identify technical problems and make the necessary technical decisions within the limitations imposed by contractual requirements. Draw up definitions and detailed specifications of tasks and sub-tasks or supervise their drafting by construction team.
