Lead the management committee; define the general objectives and the axis of progress of the company in relation to the group's orientations.
Manage the budget process and the group reporting. Lead and manage actions to improve the budget (safety, sales, productivity, purchases / consumables, quality, fixed costs, group benchmark).
Define and manage continuous improvement plans such as "Lean management" (5S, OEE, 6 sigma, value stream map, OTD, QSE standards, etc.).
In charge of relations with social partners.
