Over 18 years experience as a Senior Planning Engineer & Project Controls with great multinational companies, at different activity domains and Multidisciplinary EPCC projects (Oil & Gas, Civil & Hydraulics, Industrial Maintenance and Energy & Power), I acquired good skills in planning & scheduling techniques, Project control, monitoring and reporting. Develop and monitor the project schedule, progress measurement / monitoring, analyzing and recovery / action plan development. Support project organizational and administrative activities. Supervise the development and integration of individual schedules into the total project plan. Establish milestones for the total project and supervises schedule resource loading and leveling. Support development of scheduling standards and procedures. Establish the periodic reports/performance analyses, and the progress measurement.
