Completely involved in the engineering design ,hvac & refrigeration , plumbing , black utility and white utility in industrial life science at the sale cycle.
Project Management expertise:
Project team lead controlling all aspect of the industrial , Hvac & R works including estimation, planning, commercial, engineering documentation control and handover to the client.
Also , delegate work to the project team and monitor the progress to completion.
Marketing /product management:
Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic deadline to tactical activities specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visit to customers.
Driving a solution set across developpements product contract and positionning.
Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan,work whit all departements to execute.
Analyzing potential partener relationships for the product
