Missions :

Establish the criteria for evaluating damage mechanism and associated risk.

Describe the assessment method that will employed, including procedures/calculations/stress analysis / creep rupture and brittle fracture assessment etc. for evaluating localized thin area, cracks and other type of damages.

Specify the technique for assessing the impact of damage on the structure integrity.

Identifying and elaborate on specific damage mechanism relevant to equipment (e.g. Corrosion cracking, deformation)

Categorizing assessments into Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3, highlighting the characteristics and depth of analysis associated with each level.

Guideline for determining the need for repairing or replacement.

Guideline for deciding whether a component can continue in service or required remedial action.

Inspection to support FFS assessment which includes inspection interval, methods and required documentation as stated below:

• FFS for thickness loss/ Pitting assessment in pressure Equipment and Piping
• FFS for crack growth rate, fracture toughness in pressure Equipment and Piping
• FFS for IOW/DOW Exceedance of Pressure and Temperature
• FFS for Buckling in Pressure equipment
• Desktop Creep life assessment.
• Fatigue Screening
• Creep Rupture
• Nozzle and Branch Connections Evaluation
• Remaining life of the affected component/equipment to be determined based on required operating condition.

Documentation:
• Prepare the comprehensive report documentation assessment procedure, finding and recommendation.
• Include all relevant data, analysis and supporting documentation.
