Conduct detailed site survey, condition assessment by comprehensive component level inspections and preparation of reports, drawings & deliverables.

Review structural drawings, vendor and equipment drawings, design specifications, and previous inspection reports to site conditions.

Examine the condition of the structure, including identifying types of structural defects and signs of material deformation or deterioration.

Carry out or arrange for third party non -destructive testing where required.

Access critical areas by exposing covered structures, cleaning debris and dust, and/or removing building finishes.

Assess relevant failure modes and loading conditions including overloading, buckling, bolt loosening, corrosion, deterioration, foundation failure, etc.

Perform engineering calculation checks, simple design level calculations, detailed analysis of potential failure modes, etc. as agreed to the scope of work.

Evaluate the existing structure to demonstrate structural adequacy, including determining whether a component is critical, if there were any modifications to the original design, etc.

Define mitigation actions to achieve structural adequacy, including damage repairs, member strengthening, alternative load paths, avoidance of extreme exposure conditions, etc.

Consultant shall provide refurbishment plan, scope of work, approx. refurbishment cost (90% accurate) and BOQ of the refurbishment activities.

Consultant shall evaluate the condition of painting/coating of all assets and shall recommend for any condition.
